Sensei K.B Rana, Founder of Japan Goju Ryu Karate-Do Mission Association, Nepal with all India Army Karate Node (Federation), 1st Chief Coach. He had joined the Indian Army On 25th Feb 1987. Since childhood he was more interested in Karate. In 1988, he had completed the Assistant Instructor Basic Course-AIBC (Physical Training). In 1989 had completed advanced refresher Course and 1991 had done Gymnastics Course and received Gold Medal and became one of the best student in the course. During 1988 – 1991 had completed the Army Physical Training Corps (APTC) course that includes the Training in all sports – court ,ground marking management, Judge, Referee ship, skills of coaching method, sports science. Practical skill and theory, Leadership skill and had promoted to Arrmy Physical Training Corps ( APTC ) from 6/8 Gorkha Rifles. Became Trainer of Master in all India Army Physical Training . Had Got to service in different part of Training centre, Indian – Officer’s Academy, Black Cat Commando (NSG), Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare Commando School (CIJWS), Medical Doctor of Army, Airforce, Navy. four main Things-Physical Training, Optical, Un Armed Combats and Karate. Karate arts are mainly used to train the soldiers in Army for Self-Discipline, defence because during the heavy battle, when one soldier’s weapon got damaged and round, grenades and explosive were started to get decline. Karate arts was only limited in Army dua .
After the discussion with the Army Headquarter General – Sport’s Karate All India Army Karate Node (Federation) was founded on 1st April, 2007 in Assam Regiment Centre, Shillong. Initially, he used to train self -discipline and defence -full contact. After that he made the team for Sport’s Karate Army Team and had participated in various National Championship, National Games and different parts of the country. Team – All India Army Karate Node (Federation). He was retired and had served the Indian Army for 30 years.
Since, 1995 the training was started in Nepal. During the leave from Indian Army – he used to give seminar and close training camp in Nepal in various cities. It was established on 2012 and was officially registered under National Sports Council, Nepal. After the retirement from Indian Army, Amateur Sports Karate and Self defense, self physical fitness method has used to give training . The arts will help one public to become a good citizen, good health,
